The Pulsar 33 is ideal for applications that demand a more detailed
frequency analysis. As well as Octave Band Filters, this meter has 1/3
Octave Band Filters fitted, covering 20 Hz to 10 kHz. As this is a "real-time"
analyser it measures in all the bands at the same time, making the
measurement process quicker and easier. "Real-time filters" are
sometimes referred to as "parallel filters".
In Type 1 form, this meter is ideal for almost any noise measurement
application, from occupational noise measurement with the ability to
check hearing protector performance, through to detailed environmental
noise measurements.
